Ask Governor of Alaska, did Sarah Palin preside over an increase (a Democrat habit) or a decrease in taxes?

Alaska is very different in terms of their taxes simply do to the taxes paid from the oil industry. Because of their special situation it's impossible to do a comparison to what it would be like on mainland USA.
