Im on quarters but keep getting called back in ....?

I have food poisoning and was given 48 hours quarters. I already had to go back because my NCO told me to take my sick call slip to the company and he would take care it get some rest. I got called in to get the commander to sign it. Now im being called back in to sign a counseling statement. Being on quarters quite sick is this right ? What or who can talk to about this.
