CNG filling problem (PV=MRT)?

I am wonder , when I filling my car with cng gas (with 200bar pressure) why capsule temperature doesn't goes up, according to PV=MRT (or P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2) relation the temperature should be rise up 200 time but in fact this act doesn't occurs and capsule temperature dosent go up. in fact there is no temperature change in capsule.
