Should I get back with him?

I was together with some kid I loved for 5 months , I really loved him . We have amazing memories and i lost my virginity to him and he lost it to me. He really loved me too . But the only problem was we were both always jealous and we fought all the time .And he went to his cousins barmitstvah and we got ina fight there because I dont allow him to speak to a certain girl because me and her have problems. So she texted me & asked me why dont I alloow him..and m eand her strated fighting. I texted him and bugged out on him because hes still talking to he rafter all she said to me. So he brakes up with me and says " im out cause by the time im 20 ill have no friends" . i dont allow him to speak to like 5 people. But its not just cause I feel like it. Its for certian reason. So we broke up and he didnt want to get back. i saw how he was flirting with girls on facebook. He was texting girls and flirting with them trying to get with them . His boys told me he was doing it cause hes heartbroken . I reallyy llove him and now he wants to get back with me but im so hurt i cant. I really dont know what to do. Should i get back with him cause i really dont wanna loose him. Or should i just dead him for doing that to me?
