Is it wrong of me to place the pursuit gentlemanly conduct above all else in my life?

Your goals are noble, but do not allow your gentility to be an excuse for failure in other aspects of your life. The world is full of successfull gentlemen, yet so many men falsely blame their lack of success (professionaly or socially) on being "a nice guy."
