would it be justifiable to frame a murderer for theft if he got off free on a technicality for example if a rich wall street banker was selling weapons to al quaeda and other drug dealers and terrorists and was caught red handed but he had a good lawyer and got off because the cops forgot to read his miranda rights. so to make sure he pays for his crime you broke into the bank he worked at got in the vault and stole 20 million dollars to frame him would you think it would be justifiable because he will keep selling weapons and you're stealing from rich people who wont miss it
