I am a christian I have been celibate for 11 months?

ok so i been celibate and i have tried to give up masturbating, now as soon as i see something inappropriate i get an e mediate , like if i accidently see a commercial that has someone fine on it. I love god and i want to be baptized with the holy spirit, so everytime i slip i feel extremly guilty. any tips for either i would appreciate it
