Is the Gillette Fusion really better than Mach III ?

I have sensitive sign and poor razors really cause me to break out. I've been using the Mach 3 for years, but I am curious about the new Fusion with 5 blades. It's more expensive but is it worth it? Can someone who has used both offer some insight?
