What do you do with the sly manipulative bullies !!??? Do they get found out !!?

got one in my daughters cl is cheating to get to a higher tier and only manipulates the loons to do her dirty work , while she sits quietly , shes affected and likes to be the centre of attention so always tittle tattling her father a probation officer and two affected older sisters, her marks to her sch work dont tally with marks outside she does , sisters doing her work for her ! Will she get found out !!
