What is the best inpatient program for mental illness in the United States?

I heard the one in Albuquerque NM is EXTREMELY great. Only bad thing is that it's extremely hard to get into. My sister is schizophrenic and she is going to UCLA in california LA. They do sessions.... my little sister has to go through 50 of them. They may also exam you and your wife. IDK why but they did it to my mom :) Hope I helped any
